Sr Manager –Manufacturing, Heading Machining cell, Methods and Special Process Oct-16- Jun-18

 Overall responsible for the Revenue and profit of the plant. Heading plant with Machining cell and special process including NDT and chemical processing. Initiated operation and quality management systems as per AS9100 RevC and upgraded the plant to AS9100 Rev D and also worked with team to get NDT and chemical Process unit certification for NADCAP. The machining cell consist of modern machine of Kitamura 5 Axis, Haas 3, 4 and 5 axis machines. Methodology and programming cell do work under my guidance and close coordination. Do work on Jig design and communicate with supplier for both Aerospace and non-aerospace parts manufacturing and assembly operations. Heading Manufacturing unit.
Involve in Project management from Estimation, Contract review, Risk Analysis, Project Planning, Scheduling, project Execution, Troubleshooting, re-planning, Project Delivery and feedback.

Successfully prepared faced and cleared external Audit first time for the plant for AS9100 C.
First time prepared the plant for NADCAP audit for FPI and MPI of NDT for chemical process.
On requirement, I do step down in the role of manager and Supervisor to solve the Issue and get critical situation in control.
Utilizing Solidworks and Mastercam to prepare the team for designing stage model for the operation and guide them to make CNC program. Work and guide closely to reduce cycle time and enhance cutter life by changing appropriate parameters on the machining.
Utilizing the supplier chain, do work with team and report to US team for 500+ component’s assembly and work on the Runout and open orders.
Do actively participate on the air show and follow-up with the leads for business expansion.
