Design, development of Tools and machines to produce Circlip and other retainer rings
Modelling and Programming utilizing latest CAD CAM Software, Solidworks 2007, catia and Mastercam X2
Develop SPM, automations, Press Tools from product design to Prove-out of sheet metal components
Design press tool and co-ordinate with UK office in providing concept to final design and detailing.
Make production priority for Tool room and trouble shoot the hurdles occur while operation.
To Plan and Proceed for the requirements of UK head office as I am the team leader of Design office and there is no design team in UK.
Reduce cycle time in set-up of tools in press tools
Preparing training Manual for each department and make them educate to work professional
Planning Production, scheduling, Stock issuing, and Updating in Axapta- Microsoft dynamic-4 additional to design and development activities.
Communicator for all departments with UK team.
Made training program and made a Visual media for training for CNC wire cut and CNC Milling for the operators and engineers of the team.
Made training program for Press operators for hurdleless operation and profession tool change and tool maintenance program.
