Distinguished efforts towards handling the preparation of:
o    Dies, Spares, Machine Parts design Manufacturing and Inspection.
o    Took training program to ensure proper and professional setup of Jobs in CNC machines
o   Estimation, Quotation, Preliminary work, Trial and prove-out of components.
o   3D-modelling/ programming/ developing tool for Plastic Moulds, Die casting dies, Rubber Moulds, Paper Cutters, Forming rollers, Production Prove-out, Sheet Metal dies and punches for all type of tools.
o   4-axis machining components as per customer requirement.
o   Reverse engineering of plastic products, sheet metal products and all type of engineering and consumer products.
O   Troubleshoot the machine gauging while powercut by replacing the powerpack unit and restricted the tool plunging during powercut
o   Utilizing F/FCAM software for Makino machine to make high precise mfg products, and tooling parts to extend of 0.005mm (5µmm).
o   CAD CAM software’s utilized Solidworks2007, Catia V5 r16, Unigraphics NX2, Mastercam & F/F cam.
