Designing Moulds for Concrete Products, Tile machine for Manual operation with two side operation- Hydraulic system, Tile machine for Manual operation with four side operation- Hydraulic system and Fully Automatic Tile Making machine with cycle time of 6seconds/Tile- Hydraulic system.
Designed Automation setup for slug removal, automation setup to remove interlocks and conveyor them to storage bags
Designed 50T, 100T and 150 Tons Silos
Designed Tile Moulds and Did CNC programming utilizing Mastercam and Solidworks.
Designed and 3D modelled Transformer under guidance of Transformer manufacturing company.
Design Products, spareparts, moulds and tools and Generate 3 D manufacturing model and Generate NC codes for CNC Milling and CNC lathe utilizing latest 3D CAD CAM Softwares
Trouble shoot the CNC Lathe, CNC Milling, CNC Waterjet, CNC Plasma by self for minor issues and communicate and proceed for guided troubleshooting with the machine supplier for critical problems and ensure the machine for proper function when and where required.
Takes care of design and CNC team from following standards and safety procedure.
Conduct regular visit to PDO Qarn alam site to provide them valuable solution covering safety and operational easiness like platform to access items in different heights, Portable lift to carry and install items like motor, cooling channels in various heights.
Supported project engineer to estimate the project cost and ensure the design and operation follows the process as defined.
Taking care of IT operations in establishing Microsoft Project Management from Windows Server installation, SQL, Share point server, project server and configuiration of share point data base individually.
Support recruitment by shortlisting candidates, telecom interviews, assigning task in interview and final selection for technical and IT candidates.
