Distinguished efforts towards modeling NC generation CAD/CAM software master CAM and solid works for CNC milling, CNC lathe & CNC wire EDM.
Instrumental in planning process for components including heat treatment and executing the same.
Programming & setting the work piece in CNC milling-3axis, cnc lathe, cnc wire edm.
Preparing detailed workshop drawing and designing details of mould parts.
Distinction of establishing moulds machining using assembly (Multiple cavity or core machining) thereby helping the machine to run up to 85 hours unattended for all the moulds.
Designing commercial products of foam materials such as plates, lunch box and burger box meat tray.
Demonstrated excellence in establishing :
o   Network within all computers of Tool Room.
o   DNC network with 2 CNC milling (KAFO & FIRST), A CNC lathe (DOOSAN), wire EDM (CHARMLES).
Deft at developed post processor, KAFO CNC machines with absolute ARC system for master cam software.
Did head the Maintanance team and also taken care of CNC machine maintenance and troubleshooting session.
Did replaced the entire bearing assembly of CNC Milling spindle and successfully restarted the same.
Working towards reducing the stack size of p4 plate to 1/3rd by modifying the profile.
Designing products utilizing Catia, Solidworks and Nc code generation with Mastercam, Unigraphics & FFcam
Adroit at handling the entire gamut of designing the mold, modelling the component, splitting the core cavity, generating NC code and machining:
o   Kp10 lunch box for Irwin thermoform machine (MODEL28 & MODEL44 - 8CAVITY).
o   LB2 lunch box mould for B&N thermoform machine
o   Meat TRAYS CT, C2, C3. 
o   LB3 larger lunch box,     
o   LB1 smaller lunch box
o   CB3 PISSA BOX
