Head (Manager) Methods and Tool Design           Mar-10 to Nov-10

Plan, Design Manufacturing sequence for product, development of workshop towards betterment.
Estimation of manufacturing components and make proposal to customers for the hardware for space equipments
Working on Process planning and Methods planning of ISRO projects and improving current process through review of the process plans
Head of Methods department and help the team both in designing tools, fixtures and Dies and also Process planning for both press components and Machining components.
Visiting DRDL for review and Wavier Board meeting with Scientist on space and defence projects
Designing Machines, Fixtures, Tools, Jigs for Development Projects from concept design to realisation.
Have interaction meeting with Vendors to explain the requirement in Tools, Fixtures etc
Taken care of Kaizen related to process and update the process and had close monitor on process for continuous improvement for all critical component.
Being Methods manager troubleshoot the process against machine capability, also for process capability and ensure the quality of the product to the requirement.
Review Inspection reports and analyze possibilities for fixing up problems in Tools outsourced.
