Design, development Tools and Generate NC program utilizing Mastercam X3, Unigraphics NX5 and Deliver the programs to BE-aerospace. Have worked Onsite in USA for 3 months in BE-aerospace Vista & BE-aerospace Compton to manufacture 3- Axis and 5-Axis Aerospace components.
Then worked onsite in Tucson, Arizona for 3 more months and proved myself and got projects for 400 days for me and my team.
Also involved in transferring the Technical Know-how and Concept of Mfg from USA team to Indian Subordinates with Visual Presentations. Did Prove out of Indian Programming Style and standard to US division and got workload for next 8 months. Initially started with Manufacturing with CAM and proved the capability and got orders for Design of Moulds, Vacuum tools along with Generating CAM process.
Design composite moulds, define methods for manufacturing composites parts.
Extended supporting with the same activities to Mexico Nogales plant too.
Received certificate for performance and also got appreciation from VISTA plant stating “we learned from each other” by VP of the Machine Product Group of BE aerospace.
