Distinguished efforts towards handling the preparation of:
o   Dies, Spares, Machine Parts for Nails, Screws.
o   3D-modelling/ programming/ developing tool for nail heading dies & threading dies for Screws.
o   4-axis Collating wheels and forming wheels for screw collating machine.
o   Machine designs.
Instrumental in developing 2 CAD CAM modeler and 2 programmers. 
Deft at handling the CNC section encompassing CNC Spark Roboform 23- Charmilles, Agiecut Classic Wire cut and CNC Milling Bridgeport VMC450P3-4axis.
Adroit at handling carbide machining and stainless steel machining along with other Tool Steels.
Developed and produced tooling for ID mark of 3 digits on head of nails.
Imparting training to all operators in CNC to program with the operation.
Reconditioning of Conventional machines to perform better.
Product development and Tooling development for GFL & DWP utilizing catia, Mastercam & Solidworks
Die design for components washer, Plastic strip dies.
Did developed design, drafting and manufacturing of waterwash unit.
Did developed design, drafting and manufacturing of wire drawing machine.
Did developed design, drafting and manufacturing of mechanical descaling unit.
Conducted tool performance trial for both Sandvik and Sumitomo tools and did selected tools according to performance and not based on brand to get the best life for the application.
Was authorized first aid provider for the entire plant for 2 years.
